Grady County Schools

The Grady County School System and all Grady County schools were recognized at Monday night’s School Board Meeting for receiving their Cognia Certification

This has been a rigorous,indepth endeavor by the Grady County School Sytem district office and individual schools. District Administrator Selena Williams directed the effort for the school system.

Cognia certification for a public school or system means it has met rigorous, research-based standards for quality education, demonstrating high-quality instruction, strong leadership, effective operations, and a commitment to student learning and continuous improvement, earning recognition as a quality institution by a globally recognized nonprofit. This involves an intensive self-study followed by a review from outside experts, with reviews and validations happening every five years to maintain the status
